| We believe that pets are members of the family, and they deserve the same medical care and consideration that all the other family members receive. An important part of our mission is to educate pet owners on how to care for their pets properly so that they can be a part of the health care delivery team. This is the best way to ensure that pets receive the best possible care. One of the things that makes our clinic special is our team of well-trained and caring staff members. We all have pets of our own, and we understand the special bond between a pet and its family. Our staff takes pride in staying abreast of the latest developments in veterinary medicine and in relaying that information to our clients. Things change rapidly in the medical field, and we work diligently to keep up with those changes. Our staff members enjoy attending seminars and workshops to learn more about their work, and we also do a lot of training in the hospital. We enjoy getting to know our clients and their families. People often reminisce about the "good old days" of caring doctors who took the time to listen to their patients. We strive to live up to that standard every day. Each one of our staff members cares about our clients, our patients and each other. This caring attitude shows through in everything we do. |

Bailey
Bailey joined Poland Veterinary Centre in July, 2019 as a Veterinary Assistant and is now our Practice Manager. Outside of work Bailey enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and owns a floral arrangement business. Bailey loves her two dogs: Siku and MooMoo and 6 cats: Rebel, Sike, Sugar, Spice, Bunny, and Baker.

Jenn
Jenn is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She performed her internship at our practice in January, 2015 and joined our practice as a RVT a few months later. Jenn graduated from Youngstown State University in 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Biology. She went on to graduate from Kent State University in May, 2015 with an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Jenn has 1 cat, Vinny, and a dog, Coco.

Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn is a RVT that joined our team in late 2022. She graduated from Ross College in 2019. Kaitlyn enjoys anesthetic monitoring and dental procedures. She loves cats and personally has four: Salem, Binx, Mochi, and Gucci. In her spare time she enjoys going to concerts and adventuring outside.

Amy
Amy is a Registered Veterinary Technician who joined our practice in November, 2015. She graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 2000 with an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology. Before working with us, Amy was employed at Apple Hill Animal Hospital in Cleveland for 16 years. She has attended several veterinary conferences for continuing education over the years and has developed a special interest in surgery and anesthesia. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their sons, Ben, Liam and Ryan. Amy has a dog named Sky.

Heather
Heather is a Registered Veterinary Technician who started working with us in January 2016. Heather graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh in 2010. Heather's special interests are animal nutrition and weight management and she is currently enlisted in Purina's Nutrition Ambassador Program. When Heather is not working, she enjoys spending time with her spouse, Mati, as well as her family and friends. She also enjoys hiking and camping. Heather has 4 cats: Reptar, Barbara, Rosie, and Bagheera; and 3 dogs: Maizey, Bingo, and Sugar.

Ali
Ali joined us in February, 2021 as a Veterinary Assistant and is now a Veterinary Technology student at Penn Foster. Ali is invaluable to our team! You can hear her smile through the phone. She especially loves behavioral medicine, using Fear Free handling techniques, comfort care, and rescue and shelter medicine. Outside of work, she loves to support local breweries, camp, play Ultimate Frisbee and board games. She and her husband share their "island of misfits" with pets Gambit, Valkyrie, Skoga, Jovi, Stoic, Spirit, Bot, Milly, Trinket, Jarl, and Lark.

Krystal
Krystal joined our team at Poland Veterinary Centre in September 2022 as a Veterinarian Assistant. She loves her two dogs: Bailey and Molly and her five cats: Ayla, Rupert, Peter, Oliver, and Flora. She is a wonderful addition to our team, that never fails to make us smile with her silly antics. Krystal enjoys putting hats/objects on her cats for pictures, traveling, spending time outdoors, going to concerts, and spending time with her family.

Keri
Keri is a Registered Veterinary Technician who joined Poland Veterinary Centre in February, 2026. She graduated from Brown Mackie college in 2015. She is fear-free certified and loves creating a low-stress visit for your pet. Keri has a golden retriever, Roman, and two cats, Larry & Lemon. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is always learning new crafts!

Ashley
Ashley is a RVT who joined us in June, 2020, after graduation from Kent State University. She always entertains us with her stories! She is a sponge for information, loves her sleep and long drives with coffee. She enjoys going to motocross races with family and friends. She has 2 cats: BB and Keke, and a golden retriever, Gunner.

Rachel
Rachel is an RVT that joined our practice in December 2021. She graduated from Vet Tech Institute located in Pittsburgh in 2007 and spent many years as a registered technician. Rachel really enjoys surgical and dental cases as well as anesthetic planning and monitoring. When she's not working, she enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and reading. She and her husband have a daughter and share their home with two Boston Terriers (Ruby & Sunny) and a pony (Roxie).

Lisi
Lisi joined our team in 2024 as a Veterinary Assistant. She has been working with animals since 2002 and adores every animal she meets. She has been dubbed the "treat lady" in the clinic as there's no doubt that she has a pocket full of treats to share! She lives with her daughter and two dachshunds, Honey and Sunny. Lisi loves to travel, cook, make new friends and believes it is a blessing to work with animals.

Kadie
Kadie is a Registered Veterinary Technician who started working with the Poland Veterinary Centre in October, 2016. In 2009, Kadie graduated from Bradford School for Veterinary Technicians located in Columbus, Ohio. Kadie enjoys attending conferences to further her education in the veterinary field. When Kadie is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris and their children, as well as her family. She also enjoys fishing, reading and knitting. Kadie owns 1 cat: Cleo, and 3 dogs: Noah, Lucy, and Dobby. She and Chris also own 2 Leopard Geckos named Fatty and Skinny, a Bearded Dragon named Titan and a skink, Niffler.
